Cumberland Maryland may in fact be home to a witch and the many wondering souls that her house is said to attract. People who have lived in the house have said that they hear mysterious foot steps and objects being moved in the attic.
There are a couple ways to define what a witch is. From simply an ugly women to a charming or alluring girl or woman. But most people relate witches to women who practice dark magic like the green witch in the wizard of oz. I wonder if the wicked witch of the west has moved to Maryland?
