Frostburg State University: Advancing Green Technology, And Supporting a Blue Presidential Elect.

By Racheal Myers.

It is the night before the 2012 Presidential election. Tomorrow night, all those annoying yard signs and television ads lobbying for and against an individual candidate will be gone and four new years of leading will be promised.

When asked which candidate they will vote for tomorrow, the students and staff at Frostburg State University are as blue as the color of their lips, it being so cold outside and all.  For those of you who don't know, blue is a reference to the Democratic party; red is a reference to the Republicans.

Director of the Office of News and Media, Liz Medcalf said she would be voting for Obama, although she did not give a firm reason for her choice. Marketing student Jamira Harris says she has already cast her absentee ballot for Obama, citing her status as a "college student" as the reason that candidate got her vote. Whitney Turner, a Psychology major, said she would be voting for Obama because: "I am a woman, and care about our rights."

While the world has to wait more than 24 hours to discover who the President will be, it appears the FSU population has an idea as to the results of this election...yay blue!
