Kat Kline, a general music major
from Rawlings, Maryland, and her fraternity sister, Lauren Huyser, a music performance
major from Adamstown, Maryland are caught manning their bake sale table on the
top floor of Lane University Center Thursday during Homecoming Week. The
proceeds from the bake sale go to their fraternity, Delta Omicron.
Delta Omicron is an international
professional music fraternity founded in 1909 at the Cincinnati Conservatory of
Music. Frostburg State University's Alpha Theta Chapter was founded 91 years
ago and continues to be an organization which strives to promote quality
musical performance and education at the collegiate level. Delta Omicron
welcomes all students with a committed interest in music.

ceremony and dinner, held Oct. 19, at 5 p.m.in the Main Arena of the Cordts PE
Center, will be honoring five alumni who have excelled in the field of sports.
The inductees this year are Karen Carpenter, class of 1998 for track and field and
cross country; Greg Cooper, class of 2001 for football; Michael Taye, class of
2001 for track and field and cross country; Angela Terrell, class of 1987 for
track and field; and Jennifer Yarnall, class of 1998 for track and field.
