Comedian Guy Torry makes his way from the West Coast to Frostburg State University. Over 300 people, students and alumni attended the comedy show, and left with tears in their eyes from laughing hysterically. This event took place in Frostburg State's auxillery gym, Friday, October 21, 2011. Tickets for this homecoming event were only 5 dollars. Many would agree that it was well worth their money.
Saturday, October 22, 2011, the Lewis J. Ort balcony was swarmed with alumni athletes to welcome them back with a banquet.
Frostburg State University's Black Student Alliance took initiative this year and sponsored many of the main homecoming events for college students. They sponsored the homecoming dance, and comedy show with Guy Torry. In this picture BSA's president Kelvin Lyons and vice president Bryan Knox are opening up the 2011 homecoming comedy show.
The Frostburg State University's Women's Volleyball team took home a 3-1 win on Saturday, October 22, 2011 against St. Mary's. This game was important to the lady Bobcats, not only because it was homecoming, but because it was also the game they remembered and appreciated the seniors on the team.
